Protein Smoothies
Green Apple
1 cup greens (spinach, dandelion greens, kale)
½ an avocado
½ a green apple
½ kiwi (optional)
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 scoop unflavored pea protein or vanilla protein powder
Water or nut milk to desired consistency
Sprig of basil and/or mint
Blueberry Nut
½ frozen banana
½ cup blueberries
1 scoop vanilla, unflavored, or chocolate protein powder
½ cup vegan vanilla or unflavored yogurt (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tbs pumpkin/sunflower seeds
1 date or 1 tbs honey (optional, for added sweetness)
Water or nut milk to desired consistency
garnish with mint (optional)
Sweet Potato Yum
½ cup cooked & peeled sweet potato
½ a carrot
1 tsp cinnamon
1 date (add another if you want it sweeter)
1 cup full fat coconut milk
½ cup vegan yogurt, vanilla or unflavored, unsweetened
1/2 tbs pumpkin seeds
1/2 tbs pecans
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Oat milk to desired consistency
garnish with pecans & cinnamon (optional)
